Is Planet HD 10700e Earth's Life-Sustaining Twin?

Refined technologies in star 'noise modelling' have allowed astronomers to suggest that a planet —named HD 10700e—is in the "sweet spot" around a star called Tau Ceti that can sustain life.

Although likely larger than Earth, the planet is in the so-called "habitable zone"—offering the precise conditions we enjoy that allow life to flourish.
