In an apparent case of irresponsible natural activity, an Icelandic volcano spewed a cloud of ash that is interfering with most trans-Atlantic air travel.The United Nations Climate agency is looking into possible sanctions against the volcano for sending more carbon into the atmosphere in one day than the cumulative total of every automobile ever made.
