OK, you knew Presidential "hopeful" (and we use that term advisedly) Dennis Kucinich was completely loopy politically. Well, now you have additional evidence that his loopiness might have seeped over into his overall view of the world—-and even other worlds. According to that pillar of rational thought, Shirley MacLaine, Kucinich once saw a UFO at the actress's home in Washington state. Isn't that special? Anyway, here are Shirley's exact words:
"Dennis found his encounter extremely moving. The smell of roses drew him out to my balcony where, when he looked up, he saw a gigantic triangular craft, silent, and observing him. It hovered, soundless, for 10 minutes or so, and sped away with a speed he couldn't comprehend. He said he felt a connection in his heart and heard directions in his mind."
OK, I buy it. After all, he does have political positions that seem to be more attuned to the surface of Mars than that of planet Earth. So, if in the next Democratic Debate, you see Denny with tin foil on his head, you will know why.
